Local tax
A local tax of €1.45 per guest, per night, is charged separately on site. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the local tax.General Information
- Check-in: from 2:00 pm
- Check-out: before 09:30 am on the day of departure
- Reservation: confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation of our offer and the transfer of a deposit to our bank account
- Smoking is not permitted in our apartments, only outdoors
- Pets are not allowed, thank you for your understanding
Cancellation Policy
If your holiday ends up not taking place, the complete deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the holiday.For later cancellations, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- 60-30 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
- 30-15 days before arrival 75% of the total amount
- 15-0 days before arrival 100% of the total amount
Cancellation fees are not due if the apartment is successfully re-sold for the same period and number of people.
In the case of a no-show, late or early departure or fewer guests, the total amount will still be charged. For this reason, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

- Val Gardena Mobilcard: free use of all buses and ski buses as well as all regional trains throughout South Tyrol all year round. In addition, you can also use the following cable cars free of charge: Bolzano-Renon, Bolzano-San Genesio, Bolzano-Colle, Vilpiano-Meltina, Postal-Verano, the Renon railway and the Mendola funicular
